Island of Mountains: Believe it or not. This is Taiwan!!!

Taiwan has 269 mountain summits over 3,000 meters above sea level. The total mountainous area accounts for 70% of Taiwan’s land. Taiwan is an island with the largest density of high mountains in the world. However, not many Taiwanese learn this fact about Taiwan.

In this documentary, we share the life stories of four young mountaineers, whose personal connections with four mountains have enriched their lives for the better.
