Rebirth

Good-looking and smart, GAO Zhao-liang is his father’s beloved son. But wrong friends and rebelliousness leads him to twenty years of drug use and ten-odd years of prison. He is the first in the GAO family to have been convicted, bringing disgrace to his father, who eventually dies of depression. When Zhao-liang finally gets out of jail, a car accident leaves him struggling between life and death.
