My Future Daughter is a story about a man, a woman and a little girl who, under some peculiar circumstances, live under the same roof. The man, LI Min-hao, thinks the two ladies are robbing him of his life. The woman,YANG Yu-shan, believes the other two are preventing her from pursuing her career. But neither of the two grownups realize who the little girl really is⁠—a product of love from the future who has come to destroy a romance that is yet to become.
