Officer KUO is the best detective in the crime investigation team, with sharp eyes and a near photographic memory. But he is paranoid, crude, and notoriously quick-tempered. The case which he is working on involves a restaurant owner named CHUANG who has been missing for a year. His wife is thinks that he had committed suicide, but his mother thinks otherwise.
