Zhong-ming and Jayson have been friends since high school. Their favorite pastime after school was wandering around and exploring the gorgeous Kenting country. While Jayson had a crush on Zhong-ming, he never managed to tell Zhong-ming, who leaves for Taipei upon graduating. Ten years later, Jayson reencounters Zhong-ming. Realizing that he has been given a second chance, he decides invite Zhong-ming to revisit the places they went to as students. Zhong-ming soon realizes his attachment to the land and decides to work at the family hotel. Jayson offers his help, and feelings between the two men grow. Zhong-ming’s mother has known all along. She invites Jayson and his grandparents to dinner on the night of the mid-autumn festival, as if he were her own son.
