IN THE MORNING OF LA PETITE MORT

A socially isolated food deliverer falls in love with a prostitute, whose sudden disappearance leads him to reject a Filipino cleaner who gets sexually harassed by a guard, pushing her into the abyss.

Matsui, a food deliverer who looks like a vagabond, is fascinated with a tender, loving prostitute. He tries to seek warmth at the bottom of society, but she suddenly vanishes into thin air. Disheartened, he rejects Helen, a middle-aged Filipino cleaner who often gets sexually harassed by the porter in the community, unknowingly pushing her into an abyss.
