Established in April 2022, DSO is dedicated to promoting original works by Asian creators and developing intellectual property (IP). With a focus on building and expanding “Madame”, DSO integrates a wide range of professional expertise and resources, including animation and webtoon making, content production, brand management and marketing, and immersive experience creation. Since its inception, DSO has established strong collaborations with industry professionals, bringing together capabilities across audiovisual production, IP development, distribution, and sales. It has also received several prestigious national grants in recognition of its work.

成立於2022年，為天水時代有限公司（TST）之子公司，專注於TST旗下Madame品牌的育成與擴展。集結動畫與條漫創作、內容製作、品牌營銷與沉浸式體驗資源，從前期原創開發階段，整合IP創作、通路發行與品牌經營。
