Fantastic Production has worked with many well-known screenwriters, directors, and actors. It has produced many popular programs, such as Youth Power, Taste of Love, and Stand By Me. These dramas not only aired on Taiwanese television and new media platforms, but also successfully entered overseas markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This greatly increased the reputation of Taiwanese dramas. In 2018, the company produced Nana’s Game, successfully creating a cross-channel cooperation model.
At the same time, Fantastic Production is focused on discovering Taiwan’s film and television professional talent, holding annual workshops for screenwriters and rookies. These classes are taught by professional screenwriters and teachers. This proactive cultivation of talent brings new blood into the industry, while producing synergy for Fantastic Production’s vertical integration.

豐采節目製作公司與多位知名編劇、導演及演員合作，製作了許多膾炙人口的戲劇，「哇！陳怡君」、「唯一繼承者」、「在一起，就好」等作品除在台灣電視、新媒體平台播出外，亦推廣至香港、新加坡、馬來西亞等海外國家，；更在2018年製作「噬膽72」，成功建立跨頻道的合作模式。
豐采節目亦致力於台灣影視專業人才發掘，藉由每年舉辦「編劇營」、「新人營」，由專業老師指導，積極培育新人才，為業界注入新血，也為豐采節目的垂直整合產生綜效。
