Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation has long been dedicated to issues related to children and youth, as well as visual education. Recognizing the lack of quality programming and platforms for children and youth in Taiwan, the Foundation organized a talent development workshop for the children’s program industry in 2018. In 2019, it launched the inaugural Children’s Program Incubation Plan, leading industry professionals through the process of program planning and production.

富邦文教基金會長期關注兒少議題與影像教育，有鑒於台灣兒少節目環境貧瘠，優質的兒少節目與平台相對缺乏，富邦文教基金會於2018年舉辦兒少節目產業人才培力工作坊，並於2019執行首屆兒童節目孵育計劃，實地帶領產業人才進行節目企劃與製作。
