Founded in 2007 by film producer Jackie Wang, JA Productions Inc. has established itself as a pioneer in genre-based storytelling in Taiwan. Specializing in commercial films and dramas across a variety of genres, the company has produced acclaimed works such as “Sweet Alibis”, “Make Up”, “Sunset”, and ”The Fairy Valley Affair””. As the first production company in Taiwan to focus on crime and detective films, JA Productions broke new ground with “The Scoundrels”, igniting a wave of action cinema in Taiwan. The film went on to receive multiple Golden Horse Award nominations and was released theatrically in South Korea.
In recent years, the company has actively expanded into international co-productions, collaborating with partners across Japan, South Korea, and China. With a strong track record in both original series and cross-border co-produced dramas, its projects have consistently received support from Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and attracted funding from a wide range of investors. JA Productions’ works are not only widely recognized in Taiwan but have also gained significant visibility through screenings and broadcasts across Asia, earning increasing attention on the global stage.

由電影監製王子維於2007年成立，作為類型影視的先驅者，甲普國際媒體專攻各類型商業電影及戲劇如《甜蜜殺機》、《命運化妝師》、《落日》、《神仙谷事件》等，為台灣第一家拍攝刑偵犯罪類型電影的製作公司，更以電影《狂徒》開啟台灣動作電影風潮，同時獲得金馬獎多項肯定，並登陸韓國院線。
近年全力跨界與日、韓、中國等地合作發展IP作品，在自製戲劇、跨地區合製戲劇皆有出色的表現，作品皆獲得文化部補助肯定，吸引來自各方資金注入，作品在台灣廣為人知，更在多個地區有播出/放映 能見度在國際上亦受到高度關注。

《歡迎光臨 二代咖啡》為全球第一部華語咖啡職人戲劇，透過世界共同的語言「咖啡」，開發出結合韓國原著、台灣咖啡冠軍、全球咖啡市場的國際IP，未來將發展第二季影集及電影版，透過台灣文化及優質影視內容的雙軌並行，走向國際帶動商機。
