Founded in 2015 by Lin Shih-Ken, the company primarily engages in film and series development and production. It has collaborated with many Taiwanese directors on script development and writing, and has also ventured into areas such as project development, fundraising, and international market operations. Its works include Detention (TV series), Coo-Coo 043, Boluomi, among others.

於2015年由林仕肯創立，主要從事影像製作外及電影開發，與許多台灣導演合作劇本開發、撰寫，也嘗試製作專案開發、資金募集、國際市場操作等面向，作品包括《返校》（劇集）、《一家子兒咕咕叫》、《菠蘿蜜》等。
