Founded in 2009, Reel Asia is devoted to telling the most original stories and supporting new directors in Asia. Its first feature film Cha-Cha For Twins won Best Film, Best Screenplay, and Best Editing at the Taipei Film Awards and was nominated for Best Screenplay, New Actor, New Director, Visual Effects and Original Song at the Golden Horse Awards. Its short film Including Her Out won the Grand Prize at the Golden Harvest Awards. In 2020, it presented a fantasy mini-series Palace of Serendipity with the National Palace Museum.

影動亞洲致力挖掘亞洲在地原創性題材，扶植具跨文化溝通能力之青年導演。曾以《寶米恰恰》獲台北電影節最佳影片、編劇及剪輯和金馬獎五項入圍；以《華麗緣》獲金穗獎首獎及中國西寧FIRST青年電影節最佳短片；2020與故宮博物院合作奇幻迷你影集《故事宮寓》。
