Founded in 2025 by producers Hazel WU and Estela VALDIVIESO CHEN, Serendipity Distribution focuses on marketing and distributing high-potential Chinese-language stories. Following the Swiss-Taiwanese co-production Road’s End in Taiwan (2025) , the company is launching Girlfriends (2026), an LGBTQ drama selected for the Busan International Film Festival.

由吳秀瑩與陳斯婷於2025年創立，深耕具國際潛力的華語故事。繼台瑞合製片《陌路兄弟》後， 推出入選釜山影展的LGBTQ電影《女孩不平凡》，展現跨境敘事與多元議題的品牌定位，落實引領議題型電影走向國際的策略目標。
