Deng Deng, a cat with an innocent and lovable appearance but an old school soul, talks bitterly in wisdom in response to happenings in life. His owner, Lu, a pet whisperer and amateur in love, is having trouble pursuing a girl who’s out of his league.

Despite being a professional at solving problems for other animals, Lu is shy at expressing his affections when it comes to love. Deng Deng acts as a love mentor and helps Lu to embark on a journey of love.
