49 Days With a Merman

This is Taiwan’s first merman TV series in recent years. The original work is a manga series in which Japanese high school student Tatsumi and merman Wakasa live together. This adaptation adds more fun and interest by placing the merman in a school campus and making him interact with human society. Owing to the company and encouragement of the merman, high school student Lung-chieh is able to bravely face his own pain and weaknesses and learn how to live happily. This not only strengthens the bond between Lung-chieh and Ren-yu, but also enriches the story. The adaptation has been approved by the original author and the Japanese licensor.
