A JOURNEY IN SPRING

A middle-aged man who cannot accept the sudden passing of his wife embarks on a journey to confront life’s regrets during the damp spring season.

An old man with a limp, Khim-hok, has depended on his wife for years. They live in an old house on the urban fringe of Taipei. After his wife suddenly passes away, Khim-hok places her in an old freezer and continues to live a seemingly peaceful life. However, their long-estranged son and his new partner suddenly appear, forcing Khim-hok to confront his wife’s death when the inevitable end finally arrives.
