A JOURNEY IN SPRING

After placing his wife’s body in a freezer, an old man takes his memories of her on a journey in the rainny season to confront his life’s regrets.

An old man with a limp, Khim-hok, has depended on his wife for many years. They live in an old house on the urban fringe of Taipei. After his wife suddenly passes away, Khim-hok places her in an old freezer and continues to live what seems like a peaceful life. However, their long-estranged son and his partner suddenly reappear, forcing Khim-hok to confront his wife’s death when the inevitable moment arrives.
