Seventeen-year-old Tian-han seems to have a perfect life, at least from the outside. His father, Yi-feng, is an ambitious doctor, and his mother, Shu-yi, is the supportive wife who keeps everything in order. Despite getting into the top-choice high school, Tian-han starts skipping classes, sneaking out, and even falls in love with a forty-year-old mysterious woman named Xue-jin.
As Tian-han pursues Xue-jin, he begins to notice changes in his mother. He senses her inner turmoil and newfound happiness, only to discover that the person bringing her mom’s joy is none other than Xue-jin. This love triangle and the secret between Tian-han and these two women is quietly affecting their family.
