The world is composed of four major autonomous regions: Beidu, Nancheng, Xiyu, and Dongfu. Each region possesses independent sovereignty and governance. The story is set in Dongfu, where a “theocratic regime” is in place. To vie for greater power, politicians, businessmen, and clandestine organizations exploit people’s aspirations for a better life, constructing an idealized society. Amid the war in the North City, Bounce Man seeks the “Golden Eyes” in the mysterious East Mansion, where he discovers the truth behind the blood that turns people into monsters. Partnering with Monkey, the girl with Golden Eyes, they expose the spray paint technology’s dark origins. After a fierce battle with the Pope and his army, Monkey loses control, causing chaos. Ultimately, Bounce Man and Monkey defeat the Pope and vow to destroy the spray cans, ending the endless conflict and embarking on a new journey.
