The popular actor BAI Yin-mo is at the peak of his career but finds himself caught in a storm of scandal due to family issues, leading to a series of blows in his career. To avoid the spotlight, his agent arranges a stay at a guesthouse in Kinmen. Life in Kinmen is simple and warm, and the guesthouse owner LI Hai-nuo, along with her optimistic grandmother, gives Yin-mo the sense of home he has been missing. There, he meets Dr. LIN Da-wu and other residents of the coastal town, gradually becoming part of their lives. In the gentle sea breeze of Kinmen, he slowly begins to heal his wounds.
