CHEF ON FIRE is an innovative culinary reality show that blends world-class cooking with raw, unscripted street-level competition. The show brings together Jeong Ji-sun — the celebrated Korean-Chinese cuisine master from the hit series Black & White Chef — and Japanese culinary heartthrob Tatsuya Kawagoe, known for his Japanese-Italian creations, for their first-ever collaboration on Taiwanese soil.
Stepping far beyond the fine-dining kitchen, the two chefs immerse themselves in Taiwan’s vibrant food culture, sourcing fresh local ingredients — from Dongbao Black Pork to regional specialties — and transforming them into inventive, cross-cultural dishes.
