In a not-too-distant future, AI humanoid beings known as Bioroids coexist with humans, adhering to strict moral codes and obeying human commands. But when Shang Yi, a typical Bioroid from the assembly line, embarks on a daring mission to save his creator, the scientist Shao, he defies the very principles that govern his kind. In his quest, Shang Yi goes to great lengths, even if it means breaking the law and taking the blame for a crime he did not commit, all in the name of love.
