Fairy-reincarnated twin sisters of ZHAO team up with their past-life lovers to break family curse that causes early death of male heirs and capture humanoid fairies who deceive the emotions. This project is adapted from the acclaimed classic novels by CHANG Man-chuan.

The ZHAO family is wealthy, but since the time of their ancestors, all male infants have died before adulthood. To continue the family line, they had to recruit husbands from outside the family, resulting in a thin family line. Then, twin girls were born. A fortune teller claimed that they were the reincarnations of ZHAO Fei-yan and ZHAO He-de, concubines of the Han dynasty, known for their involvement in the princes’ deaths, nearly causing the extinction of Emperor Cheng of the Han lineage. Legends claimed that they were fairies in human form. In current reincarnation, they must atone for their past sins to break their family’s tragic fate. As a result, their mother named them after their historical counterparts.
Growing up in the 21st century, the twins became increasingly beautiful and even developed the ability to communicate with animals. The seer revealed that this was because they were originally fairies. They must use this ability to capture fairies who take human form to deceive people and break the family curse. Their first mission is to find a monk named Chi-feng, who lives in seclusion in the mountains and is the man who was entangled with them in their past lives.
