Executive Momo has only ten days to prevent her Taiwan team from being merged. Determinedly, she brings along her proud Singaporean boss, her washed-up YouTuber god-brother, and her detective ex-boyfriend back to her hometown, Baishatun, after years away, following the self-navigating Matsu Palanquin on a pilgrimage by foot. Along the way, they face a series of troubles, including Momo’s foster mother falling into a coma, the sacred flag being stolen, continuous nitpicking from the boss, her god-brother causing problems, her ex-boyfriend confessing his love, and the palanquin being hijacked. This unpredictable 9-day and 8-night road trip takes them far from home but also guides them to a new place where they belong.
