Father Dean tells the story of Dr. ZHAO You-cheng, the director of Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital, and the selfless dedication of he and his team through events such as the Formosa Fun Coast dust explosion and the COVID-19 pandemic. During the overwhelming influx of critical injuries from the dust explosion, Dr. ZHAO worked tirelessly through the nights, assisting in treatments and supporting patients’ psychological recovery, helping them rebuild hope and move forward in life.
