FLOTSAM AND JETSAM

The 10th film by CHANG Tso-chi.

After his wife Mei-yun was left unconscious in an accident, CHEN You-ming has been raising his three sons alone in their seaside village. Since the mechanical digger he drives broke down, CHEN has had more time on his hands than he would prefer. Suddenly, his life is disrupted by the appearance of a disturbed young woman who identifies herself as XIE Hui-zhen and claims that CHEN is her father.
