In pandemic-era Taipei, museum assistant Mo Wen obsesses over Zi Jian, a DJ returning from Berlin. Alienated from her own body, she’s led into the underground techno scenes, growing addicted to raw sensation. When lockdown hits, and Zi Jian vanishes, Mo Wen realizes her camera never captured his true beauty. She follows him to Berlin, where she rebuilds herself in an even darker, more visceral world. In the end, she stops chasing, lost in a wild outdoor rave, and finally finds freedom in pure presence.
