Once upon a time, she was almost beautiful.

Convinced that her appearance stands as a barrier for her success, aspiring actress Ah-Zhi travels to Thailand for what she soon realizes a fate-changing plastic surgery. The procedure turns into a nightmare, however, leaving her resembling a wanted serial killer. Hunted by both sides of the law, her fate is intricately intertwined with the tutu driver Somchai when he saves her life. Forming an unexpected alliance, Ah-Zhi and Somchai must devise a plan to escape the predicament.
