GLOBAL HAUNTING

Lin Cheng-en, who can see ghosts since he was little, has always been followed by a group of ghosts and therefore, he brings a chill with him wherever he goes. As a result, he is often shunned by people. Nevertheless, as global warming is getting worse, his life is about to take a big turn.
Since the UN set strict limits on the air conditioning running time in each country, people have begun to gather around Cheng-en, enjoying the ‘free chill’. However, Cheng-en′s family-run hot pot restaurant business plunges as the weather gets hotter, catapulting him from affluence into debts. Facing the financial crisis, Cheng-en decides to seek new opportunities. He starts negotiating with the ghosts; while he asks them to provide the chill on their roster before they dissolve away, he promises that he will fulfill their last wishes as reward.
Just as Cheng-en′s new business is booming, an onmyoji from Japan comes to him and to his surprise, the onmyoji is followed by the ghost of Qing-ling, Cheng-en′s first love. Although he is alive and she is dead, the reunion rekindles their love for each other and therefore, Cheng-en and Qing-ling decide to make up for what happened back then. Nonetheless, an evil business rival suddenly appears; it not only casts doubt on the business involving the living and the dead but also threatens the romance Cheng-en has just retrieved.
