GOLD BENEATH THE GRAVE

Greed can unearth gold, but it can never bury the crimes of history.

A jobless Japanese man living off his parents finds an Imperial Japanese Army treasure map left by his father and heads to a small town in southern Taiwan to dig it up—unwittingly breaking a years-old seal. A zombie curse descends on the once-quiet town; the shadow of death spreads. Villagers’ chickens, ducks, geese, and other livestock start to vanish or turn up mauled. At night, the dead who have become “Yin-corpses” seem to crawl out of the graveyard and wander the town’s streets…
