Built upon the foundation of Taiwan’s Hakka cuisine and ingredients, we seek to uncover the rich historical records of our local history and the ways people engage with various types of food. We aim to present Taiwan’s Hakka cuisine to our audiences by merging literature and visual imagery.
飲食是最能體現文化的環節，有深層的文化底蘊，才有豐富的美食菜肴。以台灣客家飲食及食材作為出發點，找尋在地人文歷史的深刻紀錄，人物面向交錯食物背後故事的延伸，使用美食文學的文體與影像畫面的堆疊，將食物與烹調的純粹，呈現給電視前的觀眾朋友。
