With Taiwanese Hakka gourmet food and ingredients as our topic, we keep looking for the historical records and stories of local people and events, enriching the show with emotions through the stories behind the food and characters. Stacking literary food writing and images, we show the audience in front of the TV the essence of food and cooking.
