After failing in the rice ball business, twenty-something Yang Shu becomes a real estate agent. As a rookie agent, he is taught to hang out in the park in the morning, because there’s a high chance of meeting old people who have properties.
Yang Shu discovers a talent for selling haunted houses. For instance, he develops a rich client, Fatty Chu, who buys a house at a deep discount because a young woman hanged herself there.
Then Yang Shu meets the ghost of Fatty Dragon, who died because of a love gone wrong. One day, Fatty Dragon tells him, “Yang Shu, don’t move.” He realizes that his life is tied to ghosts from now on.
