In the capital city, 60-year-old Mr. Lin has just retired. He accompanies his toddler grandson to walk the dog in small alleys. Every day, his mailbox is full of flyers for new construction projects for sale. The development of this city of galvanized iron sheet seems indefinite, and he feels like he’s walking in a dark tunnel with no end in sight.
