張仰仰和葉筱茼個性南轅北轍，卻是無話不談的好友。對初戀充滿憧憬的仰仰，為了親近心儀的羅紹賢，拉著筱茼一起加入冷門的民族舞蹈社。熱衷文學的筱茼，將腦海的奇思異想都記錄在日記本中，孰料日記本在一場混亂中遺失，而始作俑者竟是羅紹賢與其他兩位民舞社社員！三男兩女的緣分，因一本日記本被串起，五人的青春紀事就此展開。
