A gang leader is brutally murdered, causing a chain reaction that causes two gangs to compete for control of the casino. Charlie finds his friend Sam dead. By chance, he meets Arthur, a repeat criminal. Peter tried every means to get rid of Helen who refused to cooperate. Meanwhile, Charlie and Arthur’s gambling behavior angers the gang. Later, Charlie, Arthur, and Helen teamed up to deal with Peter and compete for control of the casino. Arthur is leaving Helen because of the influence of his girlfriend Thea. Helen was unwilling to give in and ordered someone to kill him in a rage. Charlie acts bravely and helps Arthur to fight the enemy.
