IMPRESSION OF YOUTH

The story revolves around an art major graduate student who has never left the city. After having their graduation painting rejected by the professor, the student is forced to teach temporarily at a rural high school for a month. They must live locally and complete their painting through outdoor sketching. In this rural setting, the substitute teacher meets a bright, carefree high school student who loves painting. In exchange for teaching the student how to paint, the teacher demands that the student drive them to outdoor sketching locations every morning. Gradually, the student falls in love with the substitute teacher…
