Mei, an ordinary 17-year-old high school senior from a Puyuma family of sorcerers, is suddenly inflicted with strange visions and physical illness, with secret rituals and tribal histories haunting her dreams. Worried about his daughter’s future, Ha, Mei’s sorcery-loving but clueless father, seeks guidance from Mei’s grandma, hoping she will be able to stop these occurrences and let Mei focus on her school work.However, despite Grandma WU’s best efforts, Mei becomes obsessed with sorcery. Through the guidance of spirits, Mei begins to learn about time travel. She realizes the reason that the spirits reach out to her is that she can return to the 17th century, and join a battle that will determine the future of the Puyuma tribe.
