The adventurous tale follows a character made from folded towels, resembling a towel baby, as it embarks on a journey aboard a cruise ship.

Perry is a towel penguin. It wanted to go on a cruise with its young owner, Roy, but accidentally caused Roy to forget the luggage. Despite the twists and turns, they successfully delivered the luggage and boarded the cruise ship.

On the cruise ship, they encountered a white penguin resembling Perry. This white penguin rescued them and played with them. The leader of the White Towel Group, a towel lion, believed that the white penguin had violated the rules and was planning to dispose of it along with a group of old towels. Fortunately, Perry saved the white penguin and challenged the towel lion to a competition.
