The protagonist of the film is ZHANG Qi-mao, played by Joseph ZHANG, whose daughter went missing when she was three months old. It is suspected that she was stolen by a child abduction group. ZHANG’s wife, overwhelmed with guilt, takes her own life. ZHANG launches an investigation but finds himself framed and imprisoned. When he got out, he found that his daughter had fallen prey to a human organ trafficking group and became an unwilling organ donor. Enraged, ZHANG began to use violence to seek revenge. However, a glimmer of hope emerges as he entertains the possibility that his daughter might still be alive. Determined to rescue her from the clutches of a formidable criminal organization, ZHANG grapples with the question of how a father and daughter can break free from the destiny of being controlled.
張孝全飾演張其茂，女兒在三個月大時失蹤，疑似被販嬰集團偷走，妻子過度自責後自戕，他為追查真相反被誣陷入獄，出獄後查出女兒落入活摘器官集團，成為被取走心臟的「器子」。他悲憤難當，展開以暴制暴的復仇行動，但發現女兒可能還活在人世，他面對龐大的犯罪集團，全力營救女兒，父女倆當如何擺脫被宰制的命運？
