ORGAN GIRL

The protagonist of the film is ZHANG Qi-Mao, played by Joseph ZHANG, whose daughter went missing when she was three months old. It is suspected that she was stolen by a child abduction group. ZHANG’s wife, overwhelmed with guilt, takes her own life. ZHANG launches an investigation but finds himself framed and imprisoned. When he got out, he found that his daughter had fallen prey to a human organ trafficking group and became an unwilling organ donor. Enraged, ZHANG began to use violence to seek revenge. However, a glimmer of hope emerges as he entertains the possibility that his daughter might still be alive. Determined to rescue her from the clutches of a formidable criminal organization, ZHANG grapples with the question of how a father and daughter can break free from the destiny of being controlled.
