This program is very different to current food programs. From the perspective of Taiwanese literature, it records the ins and outs of every common food in Taiwan. No matter the shopkeepers, century-old restaurant owners, small farmers or workers, it is like walking down memory lane as they describe the foods they are good at making and styles of common local cuisines.
