After a failed coup against General HU 16 years ago, the leader of the rebels, ICON, went missing. Today, CHEN Fan-fei and her husband govern Taiting, a model education city, where they re-educate and train those who have committed lesser crimes to become “patriots”. However, Fan-fei realizes that their school has gradually become a concentration camp for brainwashing citizens. At this time, a new rebel leader, Bee, appears and calls on the people, including ICON — who is revealed to be Fan-fei — to rise against General HU. Having already failed once, will Fan-fei choose revolution again? Will the outcome be different this time?
