Phantom Memory is a live storytelling performance recounting those untold stories spanning from the 1940s to 1970s in Taiwan by using multimedia light tables and computer programs as a vehicle. The storytellers interact with the moving images interwoven with animation, music, and storytelling through real-time projection. It creates an immersive performance in a hybrid of inner consciousness and collective narratives. Phantom Memory is not only a live performance but also a journey of constructing meaning and forging mutual understanding.
