The story is inspired by the 2016 Hualien familicide case that shocked Taiwanese society and centers on the children’s game “Red Light, Green Light,” twisting the phrase “Now you’re it” into a new form of chilling terror.

You were supposed to be “it”—so why are we the ones ending up dead? A harmless game of “Red Light, Green Light” becomes everyone’s darkest fear and worst nightmare. This time, it’s your turn to be “it.”
