The story is inspired by the 2016 Hualien familicide case that shocked Taiwanese society, and centers on “Red Light, Green Light,” a children’s game known around the world, twisting the phrase “now you’re it” into a whole new kind of chilling terror.

You were supposed to be “it,” so why are we the ones ending up dead? A harmless game of “Red Light, Green Light” becomes everyone’s darkest fear and waking nightmare—this time, it’s your turn to be “it.” The story is inspired by the 2016 Hualien familicide case that shocked Taiwanese society.
