The sisters Shiny and Bunny were kidnapped by the alien Gottman. Although the sisters escaped, they accidentally broke into the secret laboratory of the Interstellar Headquarters. Bunny accidentally destroyed the ultimate weapon and accidentally released the mysterious power of the universe – the Flower of Energy, causing it to split into several fragments and fly to various parts of the universe. This caused great chaos in the universe and destroyed the balance among the stars. The two sisters who caused the trouble must take responsibility to collect these fragments and regain balance, otherwise, they will not even be able to protect their home, the Earth.
閃咪和邦尼這對姊妹被外星人戈特曼抓走了，姊妹雖然逃脫了，卻誤闖星際總部秘密實驗室，妹妹邦妮誤把終極武器給弄壞，意外釋放出宇宙的神秘力量「能量之花」，使其分裂成數個碎片飛往宇宙各處，而這掀起了宇宙大混亂、破壞星際間平衡。闖禍的姊妹倆必須負起責任把這些碎片蒐集回來，重新找回平衡，不然連自己的家鄉地球都將不保⋯⋯。
