This is a documentary about people’s dreams, protecting the land, the pursuit of liquor-making techniques, including the ideals and realities of young people returning to their hometowns to make spirit, the dedication and challenges of sustainable land use, and the advantages and impacts of making ways for Taiwan’s flavors into the world.
