Each episode starts with Taiwan’s agriculture, bringing out the stories of the land, individuals, and spirit production through different crops, and exploring the characteristics of various regions in Taiwan. This is a documentary about people’s dreams, protecting the land, the pursuit of liquor-making techniques, including the ideals and realities of young people returning to their hometowns to make spirit, the dedication and challenges of sustainable land use, and the advantages and impacts of making ways for Taiwan’s flavors into the world.
