The 1950s was a romantic era for Taiwanese art and literature, marked by the convergence and clash of different cultures. This period unquestionably served as a turning point in the destiny of Taiwanese culture. Opera, music, and live entertainment flourished simultaneously, incorporating the key backdrop and elements of this drama. The storyline is adapted from one of the four mysterious cases that stirred sensations in Taiwan’s business world. It revolves around the themes of love and family, narrating the tales of protagonists who are brought together by fate and separated by circumstances against the backdrop of this unique time and space. We aim to utilize a genuine historical setting to integrate Taiwan’s distinctive cultural elements, including Gezi Opera, Puppet Opera, and popular songs of the time, guiding the audience back to the golden age of Taiwan’s cultural development.
