Gui-lin has been hiding as a fugitive for four years since he shockingly sought revenge at the funeral of a gang leader. After learning he has only six months to live due to cancer, he resolves to turn himself in before bidding farewell. However, he finds himself only the third most-wanted criminal on the police station bulletin board.
