The Prophecy for Now

In a parallel universe, all services in Taiwanese temples have become electronic. With just one click, ancestors are worshipped and fortunes are revealed. Robots have replaced human beings under the costumes and masks on ceremonial parades. The virtualized temple activities have left many lands unused and redundant. The question of which sector will be able to exploit these controversial lands is still to be settled. When the murders of political figures interrupt a wedding between leading families, our protagonist, secret agent GUAN Yi-shi, joins forces with a genius hacker, ZHONG Xin-shi, in an attempt to find the killer. This endeavor leads them to uncover many dirty secrets.
