During Taiwan’s martial law era, a dismembered female corpse is discovered in a waterway. Detective ZHAO Zi-wu and journalist ZHANG Xiu-xiu start the investigation, only to find General ZHAO—Zi-wu’s own father—implicated as the prime suspect. As nationwide public frenzy and fabricated media coverage intensify, the military police shift their focus to Zi-wu himself, to force a confession from his father. Determined to clear General ZHAO’s name, the duo navigates through layers of deception.
戒嚴時期台北市水圳中發現一具遭肢解的女屍，刑警趙子午與記者張秀秀展開調查，卻不料趙子午的父親趙志昇將軍被捲入其中，被指控為分屍案嫌犯。兩人在全⺠熱議與媒體編造報導下尋找蛛絲馬跡，警總則突然將矛頭轉向趙子午，企圖以此逼迫趙志昇認罪。誓言為趙志昇洗刷清白的兩人，最終突破迷局，找出了真正的兇手。
